Chris Valentine is a UK property entrepreneur with over 16 years’ experience in property investment, asset acquisition, and portfolio development. He has built and operated businesses across real estate, private equity, and sales-led organisations, bringing a disciplined, value-driven approach to identifying and executing investment opportunities.
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Valentine Property Group Ltd, Chris is responsible for setting the company’s investment strategy, overseeing acquisitions, and managing the lifecycle of property assets from purchase through refurbishment, refinancing, and long-term ownership. His experience includes sourcing off-market and below-market value opportunities, structuring acquisitions, and working closely with lenders and professional advisers to optimise capital structures.
Chris has developed a strong network across the UK property and private equity sectors, enabling access to proprietary deal flow and strategic funding relationships. His focus is on capital preservation, prudent leverage, and active asset management to deliver resilient, income-producing property portfolios over the medium to long term.
